Our team of regional sales managers, all of whom are CFA certified testers, are supported by the EJOT UK Applitec Technical Team and Customer Service advisors, who are available to provide specialist guidance on product selection and specification. They can also undertake research, development and testing using the extensive facilities within our Applitec Centre, and respond to any on-site technical challenges facing our customers.

Our site testing services provide an additional check to ensure substrates will meet EJOT anchors and fixings performance standards, and we can assign specialist project advisors to provide customers with effective fastening solutions in more complex applications.

We also offer free, bespoke anchoring software to use at the design stage, including EJOT ANCHOR FIX® which enables different fastening options to be compared so the optimal products can be determined for your project.

Concrete screws

When you need a simple, effective solution for anchoring to concrete that is hassle-free and designed to last, there is no better choice than EJOT’s range of concrete screws. These screws feature an enhanced thread geometry that is engineered to provide a safe, secure fix, with ease of installation guaranteed.

These self-tapping, high performance screws are backed with Option 1 approval for use in cracked and non-cracked concrete, making them a versatile choice for a wide range of projects. They are also available in a range of head styles to provide application-specific solutions that contribute to maximum installation efficiency.

Our concrete screws are suitable for numerous applications where the goal is to attach metal fixtures to hard base materials such as for :

• Façade scaffolding

Performance of EJOT concrete screws is confirmed through their ETA (European Technical Assessment) certification for through-fix installations.

Choose from one of the two EJOT concrete screw ranges to meet the requirements of your project:

JC2 – a proven, versatile anchoring solution with best-ever performance

This high-quality carbon steel concrete screw range, available with either a zinc or zinc alloy coating, is now in its second generation. With its large thread diameter and innovative thread geometry, the JC2 is optimised for easy installation and it can be used at two anchorage depths to offer greater flexibility.

JC6-KB – superior corrosion resistance for the most demanding environments

This is a bi-metallic concrete screw offering enhanced resistance to corrosion thanks to its A4 316 stainless steel manufacture with hardened carbon steel lead threads. It is an ideal choice for outdoor Option 1 concrete applications, supported by its approval for C1 to C4 environmental classifications in accordance with BS EN 12944.

Through-bolts

The EJOT brand is renowned for high performance through-bolts, with the BA Plus range providing solutions for all kinds of applications ranging from routine heavy-duty anchoring to installations in the most demanding environmental conditions.

The latest generation BA Plus range includes options for use in Option 1 cracked on non-cracked concrete, as well as Option 7 non-cracked concrete, and the products are supported by ETAs which confirm their performance capabilities.

All these torque-controlled expansion anchors are engineered to provide efficiency and installation ease. They are designed in a way that minimises the risk of damage to the thread when the bolt is hammered into position and an embedded sleeve expands reliably as the bolt is tightened to the required torque. On-site errors are reduced further thanks to a setting depth clearly marked to the thread and anchor length letter coding is marked on every bolt head.

Four BA Plus options are available:

BA-V Plus

Manufactured in carbon steel with a zinc electroplated coating, this through-bolt is suitable for dry indoor conditions, with Option 1 approval for cracked and non-cracked concrete.

BA-F Plus

With its manufacture in hot dip galvanised carbon steel, this through-bolt can be used in humid indoor conditions and inland, non-safety critical outdoor applications, with Option 1 approval for cracked and non-cracked concrete.

BA-E Plus

Where increased corrosion-resistance is required, this A4 stainless steel through-bolt can provide the solution. It is designed for use in indoor, outdoor, industrial and maritime environments, with Option 1 approval for cracked and non-cracked concrete.

BA-C NC

Like the BA-V Plus, this through-bolt is manufactured in carbon steel with a zinc electroplated coating to provide a medium-to-heavy anchoring solution for dry indoor conditions, with Option 7 approval for non-cracked concrete = C20/25.
