We’ve all seen them, those handy pre-packed meat products in the supermarket. More and more food products – from cuts of meat and fish to sliced cheese – are being sold in this type of display packaging. And that’s being made possible thanks to processing machines that cut the food products in slices (slicing), separate the slices with paper (interleaving) and then sort and package them. The ingenious modular slicing and interleaving machines from Sleegers Technique automate this process and guarantee optimal productivity, cleanability and food safety. To link the modules hygienically, Sleegers Technique uses Anamet Europe’s food grade conduits.
