Brass & Chrome Finished Products

We have been informed by our main supplier that the production of pre-plated brass and chrome coated steel is to cease and therefore any product with a polished brass or chrome finish will now be changed to a powder coated finish.

We have supplied a variety of products with this brass and chrome powder coated finish in the past and it has been well received. The powder coated products offer a lot of advantages because the surface is sealed and therefore stops issues like marks and scratches and is also easier to clean and maintain.

The change also has an impact on our production as we will also be able to supply 'specials' that we couldn't before, such as brass and chrome finished IP65 exit signs as an example.

We will continue to supply brass and chrome plated finished items until our stock holding of materials are used. However, we would advise that you should contact our sales team if you have enquiries for large quantities or if you need to supply additional products to an installation that has previously used pre-plated steel finished items.
