New Sales Managers to support Niglon’s growth in the South East

30-07-2021

Two new Area Sales Managers are set to bolster Niglon’s growth – concentrating on the South East.

Sonny Gladdish and Chris Jackson joined the team in July, with Sonny covering his home county of Kent as well as South London and parts of Sussex. He has previously worked with ML Accessories, who supply lighting products and electrical wiring accessories, and test equipment firm Di-Log.

Speaking about joining Niglon, Sonny said: “The way the company looks to be expanding, it’s a great opportunity and there is so much potential within the area to introduce their products to even more customers. I’ll be concentrating initially on visiting all of the wholesalers within my area, both those I know already and those I haven’t met yet.”

Chris, who is based in Sussex and will cover the rest of the county as well as North London and Surrey, has worked within the electrical industry for four decades including experience with Edmundson Electrical, JCC Lighting, KSR Lighting and B.E.G.

He said: “I’m really looking forward to meeting with Niglon’s existing customers – many of whom I already know well from working within the area – and highlighting the extent and quality of their product ranges to new potential customers too.”

Commercial Director Paul Dawson explained the company had originally advertised for one Area Sales Manager but they were so impressed by both Sonny and Chris, they had decided to create two roles.

“Sonny and Chris both have lots of experience and great knowledge about the industry, which we feel sure they will put to good use in their new roles. They have already made a fantastic start to their careers with Niglon, and settled well into the team – we can’t wait to see the success they can help us achieve within the South East region.”
