Marshall-Tufflex, the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier of cable management solutions, is delighted to announce the launch of its latest catalogue – featuring the company’s full collection of cable management solutions. The new catalogue also demonstrates the strides the company has taken to champion products that are manufactured from recycled material.

Since the publication of the last catalogue, Marshall-Tufflex has made the decision to talk about their commitment to using recycled PVC-U in their manufacturing processes. Based on figures from 1st January – 31st December 2018, Marshall-Tufflex’s PVC-U products are manufactured from an average of 80% recycled plastic, with some white extruded products produced from 100% recycled material.

Thanks to its rigorous quality control system, the company can now inform end-users of the percentage of recycled material used in each and every one of its products via the index in the new catalogue. This information forms just one part of the technical support the company is proud to offer customers working with its specialist solutions.

On top of the environmental improvements, the catalogue introduces a range of new solutions to Marshall-Tufflex’s product portfolio. One such solution is its extended range of Firefly Clips. Firefly Clips can be used within trunking to secure surface cables, helping to avoid the risk of entanglement in the event of a fire. The engineered solution has been designed for use with a wide range of trunking ranges and complies with the latest updates to BS 7671.

The company has also added to its trunking range with the release of Sterling Curve Aluminium. The sleek, stylish and strong, triple compartment trunking is easy to install and the curved profile prevents surface clutter and makes cleaning easy. Manufactured from aluminium, the solution is perfect for high-traffic environments such as schools, hospitals, offices, factories, railway stations and airports.

In addition to this, Marshall-Tufflex’s catalogue features a number of new installer-focussed products, including Tuff-N-Smooth PVC-U wipes, which are perfect for eliminating marks, scuffs and grime. To help installers when working onsite a range of Cable Catchers are now available. The solution has been designed in-line with the Health and Safety Executive’s recommendations to lift trailing cables off the floor and remove trip hazards onsite.

Speaking on the new catalogue, Katie Barnes, Marketing Manager at Marshall-Tufflex commented: “We’re delighted that our new catalogue has finally hit the shelves. This year’s edition contains a range of innovative solutions designed to make the lives of construction professionals easier and safer. On top of these benefits, the catalogue highlights the recycled content of each of our PVC-U products, helping users meet crucial environmental targets. This catalogue represents a step forward for the sector and reaffirms our commitment to helping the construction industry reduce its impact on the planet.”

The new catalogue is available online and on-request from Marshall-Tufflex’s customer service team. For more information, please visit: www.marshall-tufflex.com/catalogue
