A new level of smart leak detection

The award-winning MultiSafe Leak Detector Control Valve by Reliance Valves provides ultimate leak detection and intelligent water management through continuous monitoring of water flow rate, pressure, temperature and hardness.

 If unusual activity is detected, such as prolonged high usage or continuous water flow, the isolating valve automatically shuts off the water supply and sends an instant alert by text or email. Even the smallest leak is detected thanks to microleak testing at regular intervals. 

 Extra protection

In addition to the control valve, optional Smart Floor Leak Sensors can also be placed in areas prone to leaks such as under baths or in utility rooms. When the smart sensor detects water on the floor, room temperatures that are too low, or excessive levels of humidity, an LED light will flash and a loud warning signal sounds. When the floor sensor is combined with the control valve, if a leak is detected a signal will automatically be sent to the valve to shut the water off.

 With the free user-friendly app, the valve and sensor can be monitored and controlled, as well as adjusting the settings. 

 MultiSafe is WRAS approved and earns two BREEAM credits for leak detection and one credit for monitoring water consumption.
