Pressure Reducing Valves (PRVs) regulate water pressure to prevent unwanted leaks and even complete system bursts. They are crucial to the safety of the building, increase the longevity of a plumbing and heating system and protect end users. Reliance Valves offers a range of PRVs for use in commercial and domestic settings.

Predator PRV

For domestic use, the Predator PRV is perfect for installing to an appliance or fixture to stabilise pressure and protect against any potential surges that could cause damage. A pressure gauge is included to allow for accurate pressure setting and monitoring.

312 Compact PRV

Manufactured especially for installation in small domestic spaces, the 312 Compact PRV is perfect for retrofit projects where room to work is tight. All the working components are contained within a one-piece cartridge for easy maintenance and the drop tight design controls pressure under flow and no flow conditions. Available in a wide range of connections.

Easiset 320 PRV

The Easiset 320 PRV has a slimline body to allow a staggered side-by-side installation within a riser cupboard, for both domestic and commercial applications. Simple to commission and adjust pressure with the tool-free ‘Lift & Turn’ mechanism. Maintenance is easily carried out as all working parts are contained within a one-piece cartridge. Pressure is controlled under flow and no flow conditions through the drop tight valve.

314 Dial up PRV

Suitable for both commercial and domestic use, the 314 Dial PRV comes in a range of connections for installation flexibility. For hot or cold water use, rated to 25 bar and 70 °C. Maintenance is fast and simple thanks to the one-piece cartridge, which includes all working components. With an easy-to-read gauge, setting the pressure is quick.

315i Commercial PRV

Specifically designed for use in commercial buildings, the 315i Commercial PRV is rated to a higher inlet pressure of up to 25 bar for both hot and cold water. The one-piece easy to replace cartridge contains all the parts, making maintenance quick. The drop tight valve controls pressure under both flow and no flow conditions, and an easy-to-read indicator makes setting the pressure simple.

6247 Commercial and Industrial PRV

For installation in a plant room, the robust 6247 Commercial PRV is designed to protect against external mains water supply surges. Ideal for high flow rates, the one-piece cartridge also allows quick and easy servicing. Available in 65-100mm and with a test port on the base of the valve.

All of these PRVs are compatible with copper pipe, WRAS approved and have fully serviceable integral strainers to protect the seat of the valve.
