HMS Queen Elizabeth sets sails from Rosyth, with WISKA Cable Glands onboard!

HMS Queen Elizabeth - one of two new aircraft carriers being built at Rosyth dockyard in Fife, Scotland begins sea trials.
WISKA have worked closely with BAE in supplying Cable Glands and various other specialist products in the construction of the 65,000 ton warship.
WISKA products on board run into the thousands, and for all involved this was a proud and momentous occasion.hmsqe/

The ship cast off on June 27th 2017 around zero hundred hours.
HMS Queen Elizabeth is the Royal Navy’s largest warship ever built. The flight deck alone is the size of three football pitches.
Once in service the ship can operate with a crew of 1,000 and 40 aircraft.
