Sovereign Court is a new building project in Hammersmith London offering exclusive Elite and Penthouse apartments. The development will comprise of 418 homes, 5000 sq ft of commercial space and a new public car park with spaces for 700 vehicles.

Developers, Horbury Group based in Rotherham, chose Centaur for all the specialist cable management uPVC conduits. Centaur uPVC has been manufacturing since 1974 and is established as a leading brand of quality cable management products. As a UK manufacturer of a comprehensive range of conduits, mini and multi compartment trunking it was Centaur’s ability to manufacture bespoke products with lead times to suit their requirements that was a key factor in securing the business. Adam Syddall, Senior Quantity Surveyor said, “Liaising directly with Centaur to ensure we ended up with exactly what we wanted was a great help”.

The apartments once finished will be on offer for between £1.9M and £2.3m.
