Quartz Apartments is a gated modern development in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham.
Parking for residents is situated below the building over multiple floors and its existing metal halide lighting was not giving sufficient lighting levels for practicality or safety.
Electrical Contractor Solihull Electrical was commissioned to determine a better solution and to install the chosen products. They turned to Contact Electrical, an independent wholesaler with branches in Birmingham and Cannock which supplies a wide range of lighting and other electrical products.
Contact Electrical proposed several LED options and the contractor chose 200 NVC Cleveland IK10, IP65 rated Industrial luminaire suitable for surface and suspended installations as the best fit for their requirements.
