The office-to-residential trend occurring at Old Trafford, Manchester continues with Marcol’s 100,000 sq ft Westpoint development. Only two miles from the city centre Westpoint is a local landmark and has its own multi-storey car park.

As befitting an out-of-town office-to-resi installation, electrical contractors Central Electrical NW Ltd chose the new M2 decorative range for the wiring accessories of the new apartments. From the five decorative metal plate finishes available the brushed stainless steel was selected with matching switches. M2 as part of the Installation Materials Division were also able to supply not only the main incoming distribution boards by Proteus Industrial Switchgear but all the containment by Tamlex Steel Cable Management based in Telford.
