11-03-2021
Actemium have 350 business divisions globally and are part of the Vinci Group – an international facilities management company. The manufacturing and administration for HVAC controls required a full lighting refurbishment as part of wider improvements to the estate.
Lighting objectives
The client needed improved light quality and lux levels for operational purposes and wanted to save money on energy bills.
How did Novah approach this project?
Novah technical staff did a site survey and discussed requirements with the client. We then did lighting designs and presented them to the client to ensure that they met their requirements.
Challenges
The existing infrastructure is old so we had to ensure uniformity of light with a retrofit. There are many demands on the spaces which all have different lighting requirements.
Novah solutions
Novah selected positioned the luminaires carefully to ensure that light was even and meeting the clients requirements. The offices and corridors used Horizon Select panels, storage areas used Solray Select battens and the production areas used Hellion low-bays.
Outcomes
Lighting levels and uniformity of light are significantly improved and the payback based on energy savings is very short.
Customer feedback
Novah have considerably improved the lighting in our factory areas, warehouse and offices. They have been professional, cost effective and the products are saving us considerable amounts on our energy bills and reducing our carbon footprint. I would recommend them to anyone looking to improve the quality of their lighting and lower their energy bills. - Paul Dawn Electrical Manager
