King's Park Secondary School

King’s Park Secondary School is a six-year non-denominational school on the south side of Glasgow with just under 900 pupils. It first opened in 1962 and in 2000 was part of a PPP/PFI initiative, which saw all of Glasgow City Council’s secondary school estate either rebuilt or refurbished. The current phase of the schools’ development is being carried out via the Life-Cycle funding, which is released as part of the ongoing concession period of the project. which included looking at ways in which the schools can improve their efficiency and save energy.
