Royal Albert Docks is a community in East London comprising 21 buildings with 460,000 sq ft of office space and 140,000 sq ft of retail and public realm.

Fundamental to this complex regeneration project, was the provision of lighting that met the clients' very specific needs. NVC developed a bespoke solution based on its Sterling IP44, TP(a) rated edge lit, LED recessed modular panel, customised to achieve he required lighting levels and to work alongside the air conditioning system.  We were able to meet the of requirement of the TP(a) specification of Part B of the Building Regulations with our Sterling LED panel, which provides the optimum safety for thermo plastics where in the event of exposure to fire it self-extinguishes in less than 5 secs.
