Two Four Nine Offices

RICOMAN completed another commercial office lighting project in August 2022. This was Lynnfield House in Altrincham, now rebranded as Two Four Nine. The broader area of Altrincham is fast becoming one of Manchester’s suburban hotspots. This office complex situated is just a few minutes’ walk from the newly renovated Metro link and town centre.

The building consists of a total office space of 58,407 SQFT, a state-of-the-art gym, 80 parking spaces including 6+ EV charging points and 30+ cycle storage. The complex also is equipped with lockers, showers, a barista coffee, and communal areas.

The entire ground floor is fully let and in the hands of Regus who own and manage shared workspaces. The Main Fit Out Contractor was Diamond Projects in Stockport.

RICOMAN supplied linear lighting system to the whole ground floor. Estrella Pro in various lengths in 4000K, and downward distribution were installed in the main offices, communal and café areas. Designers chose to suspend them individually. Some of them also include integral emergency to corridor escape routes.

The main reception and the WC areas feature Pinnacle mini spotlights with narrow beam angle and a gun metal finish for a prestigious look.

RICOMAN designed and supplied a complete and flexible commercial office lighting solution and Regus and Patrick Properties were delighted with the results. Thus, they have commissioned Diamond Projects along with KVA N/W to commence the First & Second Floor area fit outs with the same products.
