Marshall-Tufflex appoints new Financial Director

Paul Constantine has joined leading British cable manufacturer Marshall-Tufflex as its Financial Director. Bringing over 20 years of expertise to the role, Paul will play a key role in growing the business, who manufacture its Marshall-Tufflex products alongside the cost effective Bendex range.

Attracted by the company’s strong recycling message, Sussex local Paul was also impressed by Marshall-Tufflex’s scale of operations and innovative production methods that includes intelligent robot and automation systems to improve efficiency and maintain the high quality of the products.

With a financial background spanning a range of sectors, Paul’s wealth of experience will be applied to building strong finance platforms that will enable Marshall-Tufflex to continue meet its strategic growth objectives.

Paul says, “Marshall-Tufflex has an excellent heritage here in the UK, with an incredibly forward-thinking recycling message that is upheld within the company but is also consistently promoted throughout the supply chain. The fact that so many employees have remained with the business for several years is testament to the positive company work culture and with these strong values in place I was immediately drawn to the role.
