Grade II listed building benefits from Scolmore technology

The restoration and redevelopment of Butley Hall, in Prestbury, a Grade II listed manor house featured in the Domesday Book, will see the Georgian-style mansion returned to its former residential glory. The building is being sympathetically renovated and transformed into seven luxury apartments and three elegant new townhouses, with many of the building's original features retained and Scolmore Group’s wiring accessories have been specified and installed throughout.
Switches, sockets, power socket outlets, control switches and new media plates in a satin chrome finish have been selected from Scolmore’s Deco range of decorative metal wiring accessories – a range synonymous with high specification, high quality, long life and unprecedented value for money.
Electrical Contractor, Dave Fitzpatrick, from Lockwoods Electrical Services in Liverpool, was responsible for the selection and installation of Scolmore’s wiring accessories, as part of their project design: “We have been using Scolmore’s products for a number of years now and across a variety of building projects. With such high specification and design-led features in abundance in these luxurious apartments we needed to ensure that all wiring accessories were in keeping with the overall exquisite look and design. Not only is the Deco range the right high quality finish, it also offers huge flexibility allowing us to create bespoke solutions to the wiring requirements of this prestigious development.”
Restored to its former glory by Edengate Bespoke Homes, Butley Hall took the regional housing market by storm with six of the 10 homes being sold off plan in just a matter of months.
