CMD Limited are pleased to announce its acquisition by IDEAL Industries Inc.
Outgoing CMD Managing Director Steve Cole explains, “The decision to sell CMD was not an easy one, however our recent trading success has made it clear to me that in order to take the business to even higher levels, we needed greater support and investment to match the company’s future growth aspirations”.
