Heller Tools celebrates 175th anniversary

Since the company was founded in the middle of the 19th century, Heller has repeatedly demonstrated its innovative strength and developed into one of the leading suppliers of tool accessories.

Heller's core competence is the development and production of innovative drilling tools that can be used in all standard machines, regardless of brand, and that are tailor-made for professional users. Heller Tools has gradually expanded its product portfolio beyond the field of drilling. Today, the company also serves the sawing, screwdriving (bits), cutting and grinding segments.

Just in time for the company's anniversary, Heller Tools presents the further development of its best hammer drill Trijet Ultimate with SDS-max shank. Heller is expanding the successful Trijet Ultimate SDS-plus range into the SDS-max range. With its innovative three cutting edges and new helix, the unique multi-cutter is up to 10% faster and up to four times more robust than its already leading predecessor. "We are proud to respond to the many customer requests to expand the range of our best hammer drills and now offer the Heller Trijet Ultimate in the SDS-max segment," says Felix Penkhues, Product Manager at Heller Tools.

With the new 4Power Pro high performance square drill, Heller strengthens and expands its core competence in hammer drilling and offers its customers improved performance and durability. Compared to its predecessor, the 4Power Pro has a number of new features and benefits. One of the most important innovations is the exclusive carbide tip with the patented double centre point. The tip provides greater stability when drilling and longer life in concrete and rebar. The optimised carbide alloy increases the wear resistance of the bit by a factor of two, while the improved carbide geometry makes it three times more robust on reinforcement. In addition to its robustness, the 4Power Pro SDS-plus is characterised by its speed. With its four cutting edges and four helixes, the drill offers improved performance and allows you to work faster and more efficiently. The new head geometry also allows the product to drill 10% faster in concrete than the previous version.

In addition to hammer drills, the product range has been expanded with diamond tools and cutting and grinding wheels this year. This expansion enables the company to offer even more comprehensive solutions for metalworking requirements.

The new Universal diamond cutting discs are available in Pro Plus, Pro and Classic versions. The Pro Plus disc is a high performance disc for fast and clean cuts in the hardest reinforced concrete. The Professional version is a laser welded universal cutting disc for concrete and stone. The Universal Classic version is ideal for beginners with a good price/performance ratio. In addition to the new professional concrete cutting discs Concrete Pro Plus, Heller Tools also presents diamond cutting discs for special materials such as the Rooftile Pro for roof tiles and cutting discs for ceramics and tiles. The new all-round cutting disc One for All is suitable for all building materials. The tool manufacturer rounds off its diamond range with new universal cup wheels in the Pro Plus and Universal grades. The new Superior range of discs offers even more comprehensive solutions for metalworking requirements. The premium cut-off wheels are available in various thicknesses and variants. The new range also includes discs for low-drive machines and zirconium flap discs in various grit sizes.
