Scame-UK Limited, located in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire is an autonomous subsidiary of Scame Parre S.p.A Italy. Scame is an established manufacturer and distributor of: industrial plugs, sockets, bespoke combination units, electric vehicle charging points and associated power distribution products. Scame-UK has over 12,500sqft of warehouse and office space, with substantial stock levels of core products specific to the UK electrical wholesale market whilst having access to the 15,000+ lines being produced by the Scame Group.
Scame Group was established in 1963 in Parre, Italy. After being successful in the Italian market, today the Scame Group now exports its products to over 80
countries and across 5 continents. Constantly designing and investing in new ideas and concepts, the group is at the forefront of industrial electrical
solutions, leading the way with electric vehicle charging technology and offering solutions for hazardous areas for both gas and dust. With many new products
being continually added to the range, Scame is able to offer one of the most technically advanced and comprehensive ranges of industrial plugs, sockets and
combination units which all conform to BS EN.60309-2/BS4343: 1992 and IEC309-1/2.
To support all of this, significant investment is required and that is why Scame-UK has a fully functional sales network covering the whole of the UK. They
are all supported at head office with dedicated: marketing, telesales, production and assembly teams. The strategy for future growth is to maintain a significant
presence in the market and continue to develop innovative products.
