Downlights montage

NVC Lighting has launched new high output, low energy use downlights ideal for a wide range of applications that all come with a 7-year warranty which includes emergency batteries.

WESTMINSTER and WASHINGTON are large downlights (200mm cut-out) for commercial projects including stairwells, changing rooms, toilets and under-canopy applications.  They are both IP54 rated making them dust and water resistant in most commercial areas.

WESTMINSTER is available in 12, 20 and 30 watt versions offering efficiency up to 122 l.lm/c.W. It has a deep-recessed TP(a) rated diffuser so in most applications UGR will be less than 21. It has a medium beam angle of 65° providing high levels of light uniformity.

WASHINGTON is available in 12, 20 and 30 watt versions and offers efficiency up to 138 l.lm/c.W.  Its shallow recessed TP(a) rated diffuser gives a wide bean angle of 100° providing very high levels of light uniformity. Both WESTMINSTER and WASHINGTON are available as emergency lighting variants.

While for high volume applications where hundreds of fittings are required such as residential, student accommodation or care home projects, NVC has introduced three new downlights that have been designed to be simple and fast to install with a wealth of installer-friendly features that save time, reduce tools required and minimise waste disposal issues.

MIAMI downlights come in IP20 and IP65 versions with white bezels and with GU10 lampholders, so they can be fitted with a variety of lamps to achieve the wattage, beam, angle, and colour temperature required.

MERCURY is NVC’s new range of IP65, fire-rated, dimmable, low profile LED downlights with a wealth of features including front accessed colour temperature (CCT) selection switch and choice of bezel finishes.

VENUS is NVC’s new range of IP 65 fire-rated downlights (30, 60 and 90 minutes). Supplied in packs of 10, VENUS comes with GU10 lampholders so they can be fitted with a variety of lamps to achieve the wattage, beam, angle, and colour temperature required.
